Do I need experience to join a Hot Pilates class?
No previous Pilates or hot class experience is required. Our classes are open to all levels, and our instructors provide clear guidance and modifications throughout.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a Pilates or yoga mat (we have a limited number available), a towel for your mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing.
Is it safe to exercise in a heated environment?
Yes. Our instructors are trained to guide you safely through each session. As with any class, it’s important to listen to your body, stay hydrated, and rest when needed. We always encourage you to work at your own pace.
Can I do Hot Pilates if I’m pregnant?
We advise speaking with your doctor first. In general, Hot Pilates is not recommended during pregnancy due to the elevated temperature, but we do offer non-heated options that are perfect for your pregnancy journey. Please contact us to learn more.
