We welcome all levels in the studio including those totally new to the Pilates...

We recommend if you are new or returning to Pilates you start with one of the below classes:

As a new studio all of our classes are open level so suitable for all - as we grow our community we will then start to differentiate classes to accommodate different levels.
Monday 10am & 6pm
Tuesday 10am, 6pm & 7.15pm
Wednesday 10am & 5.45pm
Thursday 6pm & 7.15pm
Friday 10am
Sunday 9am
