Teaching with intention, integrity and purpose my classes will strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body for long lasting, sustainable results. My challenging yet achievable Pilates sessions are inclusive and recognise each individual client need. Each session will empower movement with a deep connection, leaving you feeling the best version of yourself.

I am pre and postnatal certified and passionate about women feeling safe and supported during exercise as their bodies change and evolve.

The most rewarding part of teaching Pilates is seeing clients become stronger and more confident helping them delivering their best possible technique to achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals.

I have a great passion for Pilates for over 15 years, and discovered Reformer Pilates when I moved to London just over a decade ago.

Aside from Pilates, I enjoy all areas of wellness and discovering new ways to move my body and deepen the mental and physical connection. I am also a mum and I love nothing more than spending quality time with family and loved ones.
