If you are new to Pilates or returning after taking a break - these are the classes we recommend you start with:
Monday 9:15am, 5:45pm
Wednesday 6:00pm
Thursday 10:45am
Sunday 9:30am

For Reformer classes here are the classes we recommend:
Monday 1:00pm, 7:00pm
Tuesday 7:00pm
Wednesday 10:30am, 7:00pm
Friday 11:15am
Sunday 10:45am
