Whilst I’m not from a yoga background – I totally get it! I started my working career as a motor bike racer – racing in the Super Bike championship and completing the 24 hour Le Mons. During my years racing I have broken almost everything and have metal in too many places to name. Hot Yoga is perfect for me – if it’s too cold my body moans and aches. The heat allows me to stretch and move in ways I couldn’t normally.
While you won’t hear me discussing the differences between a Vinyasa Flow and a Bikram class you will see me running day to day operations and even lifting a power tool to fix something or build something new in the studio!
